When are new videos released?

Typically videos are released every week (after I return from my hip replacement sabbatical early May)

How many classes are included in my subscription?

Currently in April 2025 there are 10 - 1 hour long classes / videos in the library and over the coming weeks and months more will be released

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

When you signed up you will have received an email confirming your subscription.

Locate the subscription you want to cancel,
